Jeroen Naudts
For Jeroen, his role as managing partner is synonymous with that of a connector. With more than 15 years of practical experience at organizations including the Province of Antwerp, SD Worx, and Publiek Centraal, he is the first point of contact for Starfish clients. He provides advice on internal communication and serves as the bridge to the team of freelancers who perform HR data analyses. He is deeply passionate about delivering training on HR data, internal communication, and change communication, not only at Starfish, but also at NCOI and Kortom.
In addition, Jeroen serves as a researcher for the Communication Management program at Artevelde University College and is a board member of Vonk, the network for internal communication in Flanders.
He gets his energy from sports activities like running and gymnastics, and then unwinds with a book in hand and his favorite playlist playing in the background.
Is not afraid to be critical, but is also quick to recognize the strengths of others and brings them together to achieve the desired result.
