Glenn Walschap
As an Enterprise Business Architect, Glenn advises executive management on matters related to people, organization, training, and development. This involves both developing a vision and strategy, as well as creating a tactical plan to implement that strategy. The focus here is always on integrating vision, processes, and IT into a sustainable architecture for the organization.
Glenn draws on extensive HR experience gained through consulting, as well as a specific focus on HR Technology, Data, and Analytics. To create added value, Glenn believes above all in the synergy between a clear strategy, efficient processes, and robust support through IT applications. In addition to his role as an architect, Glenn also works as an independent consultant, trainer, and speaker, focusing on digital transformation within HR, the deployment of technology, and the use of data and analytics.
In his free time and when the weather is sunny, you can find him riding his motorcycle.
