We’re convinced that data analysis can provide even deeper insights into the dynamics of organizations. Think, for example, of network analysis and sentiment analysis. With these insights, we help our clients predict burnout, streamline internal communication, and foster more effective collaboration within their organizations.

We work on a project basis. This means you’ll be involved in the analysis phase of a research project. Meetings can easily take place via video or other digital channels, so you won’t need to come to our offices. Although, of course, you’re always welcome to stop by for a cup of our coffee for an occasional meeting!

Your role

  • You’ll be joining a small, dedicated team of researchers with a wealth of knowledge and technical expertise.
  • You’ll independently manage your own research project, with a focus on analytical work: data collection, data analysis (with an emphasis on network analysis), and data visualizations.
  • In consultation with the project leader, you’ll produce action-oriented research reports that our clients can put to practical use.
  • You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • You have experience with one or more analytical software tools such as R, Python, or C/C++.
  • Preferably, you have three years or more of experience in analyzing (HR) data. However, if you can demonstrate that your passion can make up for that experience, we’d love to hear your story.

Your profile

  • You have a master’s degree in one of the following fields: Data Analysis, Psychology, Sociology, Mathematics, or Statistics.
  • You have an analytical mind and want to develop in-depth insights into HR data.
  • Data analysis gets your heart racing, and you’re unstoppable when it comes to exploring ways to analyze HR data and provide companies with insights from it.
  • You understand how to collect and export data from communication platforms, such as email, intranet environments, Slack, Yammer, and others.
  • You are meticulous and know how to translate your specialized knowledge into accessible, actionable advice.
  • You want to help build Starfish into the go-to source for HR data analysis.
