What prior knowledge is required?
No prior experience with HR analytics is required, or only a basic level of familiarity. You should have a general understanding of how employee data is managed within organizations, including the types of data that are available and how they can be collected. We use Excel for the practical exercises, but no advanced Excel knowledge is needed to participate.
