Louise is joining our team as a staff member, bringing a fresh perspective and a lot of enthusiasm. She is particularly interested in the power of HR data to support strategic decision-making within HR teams.
Louise enjoys identifying areas for improvement that can help employees, but she also loves diving into the “dirty data.” She’s currently delving into RStudio and various analytical methods. In addition, she believes it’s important to clearly communicate results to our clients through working groups and compelling presentations.
Enjoys taking long trips, traveling from city to city, and does strength training in her free time. Every day, she reminds the people around her that “everything will always work out.”
