Lotte’s priority at Starfish is to translate theory into various HR practices using HR analytics. After a successful internship during her studies in business psychology, she joined our team to take on behind-the-scenes work, among other responsibilities. She loves creating visual presentations and developing ideas. In addition, Lotte provides support on various projects, and she loves nothing more than delving into the different facets of your employee journey.
Donates to the WFP every time she takes a photo of her meal, can never leave the bakery empty-handed, and loves to clean up while listening to musical hits.
