We’d be happy to answer all your questions in a one-on-one conversation so you’ll have a clear understanding of what to expect from an internship at Starfish.
Your role
OUR TEAM
We are looking for a motivated and creative intern to join our small, dedicated team of researchers and help with internal communications.
We encourage you to work autonomously. Once you’re ready, you’ll be assigned your own project within our organization that you can manage entirely on your own. Of course, we’ll provide guidance whenever you let us know you need it.
EXTERNAL PROJECTS
As a new employee, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the development and implementation of internal communication strategies and initiatives for clients.
On the one hand, this may involve marketing content such as newsletters, blog posts, or LinkedIn updates related to internal communication.
On the other hand, you’ll be directly involved in various client projects, where you can, for example, help generate ideas for training materials or facilitate focus groups. You’ll also have the opportunity to analyze data and translate your findings into an action-oriented research report if you’d like.
INTERNAL PROJECTS
Depending on your strengths and interests, you can also help develop internal communication materials, such as publishing intranet content, and support the team on special projects, such as planning events to introduce people to HR analytics or to increase employee engagement.
Your profile
- You’re a student, preferably in one of the following fields: Communication, Market Research, or HR Management.
- You can work independently, but you’re also comfortable talking and collaborating with colleagues.
- You’re passionate about the following topics: internal communication, HR, workplace trends such as hybrid work, and data trends such as artificial intelligence.
- You excel at creating and editing content and possess strong communication skills.
- You enjoy bringing new ideas for digital content to work.
You have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
