OUR TEAM

We’re looking for an analytical, eager-to-learn, and detail-oriented intern to join our small, driven team of researchers in the areas of HR and data-driven consulting.

Working autonomously is something we encourage. When you’re ready, you’ll be assigned your own project within our organization that you can manage completely on your own. Of course, we’ll coach you along the way whenever you let us know you need help.

EXTERNAL PROJECTS

As a new team member, your primary responsibility will be to assist with the analysis of personnel data and to develop insights and recommendations based on that data.

On the one hand, you’ll be directly involved in various client projects, where you can, for example, help collect data, clean and analyze large datasets to answer research questions, make recommendations based on relevant theories and desk research, and present your findings and recommendations clearly and concisely in a research report.

On the other hand, this role also involves organizing training sessions, guest lectures, and other presentations to introduce people to HR data. For example, you might help provide training materials (such as presentations, exercises, templates, and tutorials), come up with interesting events and initiatives, or conduct desk research on industry trends, inspirational keynotes, and much more.

INTERNAL PROJECTS

Depending on your strengths and interests, you can also help optimize internal HR operations by identifying areas for improvement in HR processes and policies, testing your ideas through data analysis, or developing them further to gather feedback.

• You are a student, preferably in one of the following fields: HR, Business Management, Statistics/Mathematics, Psychology, or Sociology.
• You can work independently, but you’re also comfortable communicating and collaborating with colleagues.
• You’re passionate about the following topics: HR (such as absenteeism, stress, and burnout), workplace trends like hybrid work, and data trends such as artificial intelligence and/or statistics.
• You’re analytical and/or interested in data processing.
• You want to learn how to translate data into clear and actionable reports.
• You have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• If you’re familiar with data analysis and visualization tools such as R, SPSS, or Python, that’s definitely a plus, but it’s not a requirement.
